I'll throw my hat into the ring and say the hawk leans towards a Sharp-shinned. I agree with Jim's opinion that the legs/talons are thin, and the streaking amount on the chest. It seems to have the "jizz" of a Sharpie too.

Research is pointing me still in the direction of Sharp Shinned ! So Frustrating ! Guess i will have to force myself outdoors tommorrow and hopefully refind . I will be sure the feeders are full first to draw the hawk back again . Hopefully the House Sparrows start to disappear!
