Tyler,
I have seen leucistic (all-white) Red-tailed Hawks perched in trees on
three occasions in Maryland and Delaware in the past that caused me to
think Snowy Owl at first before I got a binocular view. Since Snowy Owls
are on the move this year we need to be vigilant for any large white bird.
