Hi MD Osprey:

I have responsibility for areas on each of these two Christmas Bird 
Counts. Both areas are in western Anne Arundel County around the 
Crofton and Crownsville areas. Each year we turn in some of the 
highest counts on our CBCs for upland/woodland species (woodpeckers, 
chickadees, titmice, WT sparrows, Blue Jays, and many more). (We 
don't do waterfowl in these areas  - grin!)

I have some vacancies this year and also some uncovered territory. I 
could use two more teams this year for the Annapolis CBC (Sunday 1 
Jan) and one for the Bowie Count (Monday 2 Jan). These territories 
can each be covered in just the morning or half a day. It is usually 
best to start just after sunrise.

I have one volunteer who can work the Bowie count, but she would 
prefer to work with some else.

If you are available and interested in working either or both of the 
counts and would like more details, please let me know, off list. 
First time counters are welcome!
