An American Redstart, first seen on Dec 19, was still in Kingman Island in DC this morning. It is about halfway down the island near the first outdoor classroom. 

Other highlights were large flocks of cedar waxwings. Close to a thousand waxwings in various groups. 
An immature bald eagle, 2 winter wrens, and 6 hooded mergansers also made an appearance.
