Comments:     Jay Sheppard and I were sitting in the McDonald's at 32nd St & 
Coastal Highway having breakfast. I was facing 32nd St and saw what looked like 
a small hawk fly up and sit on the Burger King sign. Jay took a closer look and 
identified it as a Merlin.
