Around 5 PM today (1/12),  I saw a Northern Goshawk fly across Route 100 between between Snowden River Parkway and Meadowridge Road. It was flying fairly low over the highway heading east.  Because of the late afternoon light I was mostly identifying by size and shape; by what plumage I could see, the bird appeared to be an immature goshawk.
