Hi all -- 

In driving back from some dog shows at the Howard County Fairgrounds this afternoon, we saw quite a few raptors sitting along the road -- in direct contrast with the CBC season when they seemed thin on the ground. A conservative count was 7 Red-shouldered Hawks and 6 Red-tailed Hawks in the 35 minute drive along Rts. 32 and 29, plus a good number of vultures of both species.
