I finally had a few goldfinch today but I have also had a decided lack of 
them this winter. It was a busy day at the feeders though and quite nice to 
be "hibernating" with the birds today. The heated birdbath was constantly 
occupied........... http://flic.kr/p/bh2CNV.........a placed a branch in the 
water and that has really increased the usage by the smaller species.
