The best birds at the "flats" this morning were BLACK DUCKS 16, GREEN-WINGED TEAL 3, HOODED MERGANSER 3, AND PIED -BILLED GREBE 1.

At 10:30 I visited the Best Buy parking lot at the Hunt Valley Mall. Present were about 35 Ring-billed Gulls but no Black-headed Gull.
