LIttle late on posting, but Peter Osenton, my wife Karen, and I had a pine warbler at Fort Smallwood Park yesterday morning.  It was with a mixed flock working the pines just southwest of the park office.  Other birds of note were a flyby Bonaparte's gull and 3 fox sparrows.  Overall, the park was extremely birdy.
