Morning,
 The only advantage I can see in having to get up with the dog at 5 AM, is hearing a pair of Great Horned Owls calling from the woods across the field. It was so very still outside and their calls seemed to echo off the snow.

Chippies feeding under the bushes again, with juncos, etc. Saw a Red-shouldered Hawk zipping by early and perching in the neighbors woods.
