Mike,
The snowy Owl has been located near the intersection of Mud Level Road and Duncan road in Cumberland county. However I was there on Saturday and the SNOWY had been flushed by an overzealous photographer who sauntered onto private property to get a closer shot. On Saturday the bird had not been found by time I left around noon. I did see the Prairie Falcon which is in the same area and a Townsends Warbler about 15- 20 miles NE at 1133 Pine Road. Reading through the PA listserv today it didn't seem like anyone had spotted the Owl today either and furthermore the field to which it usually hunted in was being plowed. You may want to try PA eBird rare bird alert to see if anyone has posted a sighting today.
