He's back at Marshy Creek, visible from the CBEC boardwalk ramp. Associating with the large flock of American Wigeon that are stealing from the even larger flock of American Coot. On the far shore close to Rt 50, near the large brown-shingled house. I don't know if this is typical behavior for him, but he was either at the front of the wigeon flock or between the combined flock and the shore. He was not within the mass of birds the 10 minutes I had him in view.
