Hi everyone,

Yesterday evening at the Denton waste water treatment plant there was a male and female Northern Shoveler. They were feeding along the east side of the pond. This is a tough bird to find anywhere in the county and it was my first. Other species present were roughly 90 Ring-necked Ducks, Canada Geese, and a small flyover flock of Snow Geese.
