Weather:
Sunny; 37-61 degrees; good to excellent visibility; winds southwesterly
increasing in velocity over the course of the day, 3-13 mph, gusting to 21
mph, becoming variable in the last hour.

Raptor Observations:
Several sightings of Bald Eagles with one tangling with an Osprey.  One of
the migrant eagles was a juvenile, likely a dispersing Florida-born bird. 
Small fish swimming near the surface of the pond have been attracting
gulls, but also an eagle which twice came down to the water's surface to
snag a snack.

Site Description:
Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake Bay at
the mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best
winds are from the southwest. The Park is closed to visitors on Wednesdays.
