I drove through Meadow Park this morning after my husband and I had
breakfast at Jo-Jo's on Bridge Street (highly recommended). An Osprey was
perched on top of the nest and it flew shortly after I arrived. I suspect it
was heading to either Elk Creek or the old fish hatchery for a meal. I saw
only the one bird. Do males arrive first to stake out a nesting spot?
