Found white egg shells discarded in my yard some days ago.  As far as I 
can figure, they must be from the European Starlings that have taken 
over the hole where the Red-bellied Woodpeckers nested last year.  
Apparently, starling eggs can be white although they are more usually 
blue & similar to robin eggs.
