Sandy Point SP:
A lone BANK SWALLOW flew around yesterday morning, while the YELLOW-THROATED WARBLER still singing in the pines South of the entrance booth.
Today:
Relatively quiet, though a singing WHITE-EYED VIREO was a nice treat.
Incidentally, a lot of fruit washed up on the shores of Sandy Point yesterday. Oranges, apples, watermelons, bananas, pears, assorted melons, etc.
They were delicious.
Finally, I noted 15 CHIMNEY SWIFTS yesterday over a field in
Time to get out to finish planting my hummingbird gardens. Wishful thinking / planning for the fall. ;)
