Fantastic!
The bittern is amazing, since it's a very likely possibilty to be the same bird that was first reported/photographed on March 17 (Anne Arundel at JBWS), and the same bird I that heard last weekend behind our house (PG side). If so it has been here at least two weeks, a long stay for a migrant. There just aren't that many bitterns around and it is a great find. Congrats!
Before I read your post, I saw 3 loons (Common) fly by (high) this morning, heading directly north. And a barn swallow is scoping out our barn now!
