This morning I walked through Patterson Park to work and saw one or two migrants, including a Caspian Tern fishing over the lake and a Ruby-crowned Kinglet.
Caspian Tern is regular in the park in early April. My first for this year was actually on 31 March, but I have been off the Osprey list for a while. I'm glad to see that Mike Hudson has been posting regularly from the park.
Below, I've included the full list from 31 March. Apologies for the late posting. This was one of Audubon's regular monthly bird walks in the park and we were lucky to be joined by some Howard Bird Club members. Thanks for coming - all are welcome on any bird walk, last Saturday of each month. Meet at the fountain by 27 Patterson Park Avenue, Baltimore.
