Partly cloudy at the start with increasing cloud cover, ending in overcast
skies; 40-75 degrees; good visibility; winds calm at first, becoming
southwest 7-9 mph, with WSW at 12 mph for the final hour

A day with more promise than results; some birds were very high right
away, so perhaps others were missed

Site Description:
Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake Bay at
the mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best
winds are from the southwest. The Park is closed to visitors on Wednesdays.
