This morning I took a walk around the picnic area pond at Susquehanna and had FOY Warbling Vireo, Great crested Flycatcher and Common Yellowthroat-I think this is a pretty early date for all three at this location. There are also a pair of Blue-gray Gnatcatchers building a nest in one of the trees along the pond edge. The male Gnatcatcher chased the Vireo out of "his" tree two or three times while I was watching. The GC Fly was actually calling from the other side of Deer Creek right across from the pond.
