I photographed an apparent immature or non-breeding White-faced Ibis at
Fairmont WMA in Somerset county this morning with Betsy Bangert.  The bird
was feeding alone by the parking lot of the East impoundment.  The bird had
a very red eye, a good amount of red flesh around the face and fairly red
(but not bright) legs.  I will post photos later today on my flickr account.

The Black-necked Stilt at Truitt's Landing continues as well.
