I had two Chuck-wills-widow calling on Route 8, just north of Kent Island Estates, early this AM. That is 2 days earlier than my earliest (kept) record. Still waiting to hear a Wood Thrush, however. More than once I have had them FOY on the same day in April.
On Wed. I had a single Dunlin in the (lack of rain) exposed mudflats of the main pond of Terrapin Nature Park, late in the day.
