A bunch of swallows hawking insects on the Anacostia River this morning. 

Kingman Island and  Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens (boardwalk, river trail, and river access from the ball fields) had groups of swallows out feeding.

Barn swallows (12) 
Tree swallows (9)
Northern rough-winged swallows (15)

White-eyed vireo still calling on the KAG river trail. A few yellow-rumps scattered around.
