Raptor Observations:
Good day for migrating accipiters and Red-tails.  First migrant Peregrine
Falcons of the season.

Non-raptor Observations:
Common Loons 10 (17 yesterday); Migrating Double-crested Cormorants 54 (36
yesterday); new arrivals: Least Tern, Green Heron, Magnolia Warbler,
Ovenbird, Orchard Oriole

Site Description:
Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake Bay at
the mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best
winds are from the southwest. The Park is closed to visitors on Wednesdays.
