MD Osprey:

I just received the following report and wanted to get the word out 
ASAP. Please note that at this time, no one has secured access to the 
farm, named below.

Usual MD/DCRC disclosure: As the committee Secretary, I frequently 
receive various reports of rare birds. I pass through some of these 
real-time reports so that others can decide as to the validity and 
whether to pursue or not.
