Calvert 4/28/12 - Sedge Wren, Nashville Warbler, Veery

Hi all,

I visited American Chestnut Land Trust and Smoky Rd (Huntingtown NRMA) this
morning. Highlights were a singing and cooperative sedge wren along smoky
rd, and a number of FOYs at ACLT, including a Veery and Nashville Warbler.
Warbler count was 15 for the day.

The sedge wren was seen and heard from the road about 1.5 mi away from the
parking lot. I placed a large stick over the road pointing in the direction
the bird was last seen. The exact location can be seen with the following
