I'm quite surprised at the very low or absent numbers of yellow warblers in today's reports. While birding Bombay Hook yesterday there apparently had been a significant drop of yellows -- they were in practically every tree and shrub on the Refuge, many in full song. I'm surprised it wasn't a more widespread phenomenon.
