Lisa Shannon and I saw these additional birds in the Maintenance Yard, near the horse trail and the storm drainage "pond", some time around 9:15 or 9:30: 

Prairie Warbler (1, singing)

Nashville Warbler (1, singing)


With those birds we had 2 male Scarlet Tanagers, 15+ Yellow-rumped Warblers, plus the White-eyed Vireo (invisible) and the Chestnut-sided Warbler (seen and heard) that you mentioned below.  Additionally, we heard three separate singing Yellow-throated Vireos scattered around the edges of the Maintenance Yard.
