Female rose breasted grosbeak visited my sunflower feeder a few times this afternoon--hope she comes back.  Nice to have one visit, even briefly, though.

Also, I think the resident wood thrushes have now returned--I've been hearing them off and on all day today.  Last Sat. about 5:30 when I came back from the grocery store and heard wood thrushes, I was excited, but then for six days, not a sound of them.  Those last week were probably migrating through.
