Is the swan creek Phalarope the fulton one? :) http://flic.kr/p/bUNV17
I had not been to meadowbrook since they were doing the construction there
but I am so excited now to return. They have made some areas that were very
difficult to access easy now.....the good thing is that the public will not
attempt to go into them since you need knee boots. I didn't find anything
unusual but the habitat looks great...ponds and sedges...cattails and such!
Warning though... that when you get toward the pond at the rt 29 end you
really have to end up going all the way back. It looks a bit treacherous to
get through without getting stuck. Did not attempt it alone since there were
no "help you are at ## 911 markers" down in the swampy stuff.
