Hi All"
We had some terrific looks at  canada, blackburnian, redstart and magnolia warbler in one oak tree in the Equitation Field. Two baltimore orioles vied with each other posing in the sun in the tree tops. One black crowned nighthawk was seen flying towards the zoo.
Unexpectedly there was a mockingbird also in the field.

Many swainson thrushes were heard and seen gorging on the mulberries in the maintanence yard.

Wallace is in the midwest this week and in his stead Bill Butler is keeping bird records each day.

Cheers!
