I've seen Laughing Falcons take snakes in Costa Rica.  This is not too 
uncommon since it is a major part of their diet.

My understanding is that reptiles make up a regular portion of 
Red-shouldered Hawks diet.

Just to check, I ran it by the Cornell info on RSHA, and they confirm that 
reptiles are a regular portion of their diet.
