Found the juvenile White Ibis at 2:00 - 2:30 at east end of Tanyard
Wetland. Ibis was on mudflats out about 100 yards south from "Keep Maryland
Beautiful" sign (e.g., no littering). Thanks Warren and Lisa for finding
this local rarity.
