Morning all,
Still have a nice group of Baltimore Orioles hanging around the yard, including at least 2 bright males, singing and chasing each other, at least one female and several HY birds. They seem to have been here for about a week. I see them morning and evening, either in our yard or down in the neighbors pastures, in his huge mulberry tree. Had a pair of House Wrens yesterday too (rather uncommon here)along with the Carolina's. First bird I saw this morning was an adult Cooper's Hawk sitting on a pole above one of my feeders, whiich flew off when it spotted me.
