It's impossible to say from your description, as i'm sure you've heard from others.� You don't mention what field guide(s) you may be referring to, but it's a good idea to have more than one.� If you are very new at this, you might benefit from a visit to a used book store where you can lay in a large stock of the older guides for a small outlay
