Bud works at the Chesapeake Biological Lab and walks the length of Solomons most days at lunch. Perhaps this is the same bird that was at the CBL pier earlier this year?

Tyler,
During lunch time today there were a lot of gulls on the pilings and small piers by the Solomons boardwalk.� There was an adult Lesser Black-backed Gull on a piling near the small building on the boardwalk with the "Bunky's Boat Rental" sign (across the street from the charter boat fishing center).
