Sorry for the lack of specifics everyone. I was trying to get the word out as fast as possible and my freezing fingers were making it difficult to type.

You can park on the Harford side at the visitor center just north of the dam and hike down through the woods or you can go to the Cecil side and walk North up the railroad tracks from Rt. 222 just south of the dam. I'm off to work, but Marshall, Bill, and Joe Hanfman were still present.

A quick stop at Port Deposit had a Red Phalarope flushed out of the harbor by some residents and a few Common Terns mixed with the Forster's.
