Hi,

Here is what We found out. At fishermans park, you can park close to the dam. At that spot, we saw a peregrine falcon perched on a ledge on the dam, lots and lots of eagles, and I guess a franklins gull among the many ring- billed. The frankin's was identified by someone else.

To get to the phalarope spot, drive across the dam , make the first right, then make a quick u- turn and park on the side of the road. There should be other cars parked there. Go under the gate and walk left down the rr tracks underneath part of the dam. I think all of the area says " no trespassing" . Also, the tracks are used. Then climb up a little ledge area on the left. The phalaropes were close to the edge of the debris.

Good luck.
