Around 12:30 today I saw a dark phase Rough-legged Hawk flying with TVs and Redtails over the southern portion of Terrapin Nature Park (near Route 50). The last glimpse I had of the bird was as it soared off to the north. I also saw a Peregrine Falcon flying close by my car as I was heading west over the Bay Bridge.
