Hey all,
After reading about how the locals were unwelcoming, I decided to leave the matter alone. I'm sure I'll see a Ruff elsewhere. Anyway, I'm curious if the Migratory Bird Treaty Act of 1918 could be invoked somehow. I understand that it IS their private property and they have the right to chase off trespassers (even if the trespassers are stationed on a public road), but driving an ATV into a flock of birds seem illegal and poorly thought out. Any thoughts?
