I spent about two hours at Allen�s Fresh yesterday with very little luck. I found no Golden Eagles, and only about 20 Bald Eagles which were flying in and out. The tide was low while I was there, and I saw very few dead carp.

Did I miss any earlier reporting of the phenomenon taking place at the
Allen's Fresh bridge, Rt. 234, off US 301, Charles County?? Yesterday,
doing PtTobacco CBC, Bob Lukinic and I found 132 Bald Eagles congregated
there (for several weeks, it seems), feasting on hundreds of dead carp swept
in by some Sandy aftermath. Three Golden Eagles were found among the
multitude by another birder yesterday. Neighbor told us DNR, MDE had been
investigating- and that he and other local hunters are all mad that there
are no ducks in the Run!
It looks like Haines Alaska!!
