Yes. There is a check-in / visitor center at the North Tract (much smaller than the South Tract, but it has better birds).

There are feeders just across from that building, which is where the Black-capped Chickadee(s?) have been observed.

The South Tract is all PG County. The North Tract borders Rt 32 and Ft Meade and is in Anne Arundel.

The Central Tract is restricted and has both counties within it's birders... I mean, borders.

> So when you say Visitors Center, you mean what the North Tract Trails map calls the Visitor Contact Center? Because the thing the Refuge website calls THE Visitor Center seems to be the one in the South Tract, near Cash Lake. That's what got confusing when one looks on their site.
