Just saw a male Harlequin Duck at about noon at Ft. Armisted to the left of the pier at first very close to the seawall. After about 5 minutes he flew towards the Key Bridge but not completely out of sight. I have got to figure out how to post here from my new phone, but since I was close I came home and posted this. Got some good pics to follow soon.
