Both genders, very nice views. About 8 of them, perhaps more, there were some leaving and some joining. I will post photos later.

And again today, this time about 15 White-winged Crossbills, in the group of pines further towards the Point , on the side of the playground, but not so close to it; nearer the point. They put on a big show, literally dangling off the lower limbs, a few feet away. Very nice! And I still got home in time to watch the Inaugural Parade on TV ( and caught the Inaugural Address replay on the way home--also very nice!) An excellent day!
