I spotted a pair of Redheads in Lake Artemesia (near College Park, MD) this afternoon. They were part of an isolated raft of 2 Ruddy Ducks, several Ring-necked Ducks, and 12 Pied-billed Grebes at the southwest end of the lake, viewed well from the shore with a naked eye, specifically here:
