I saw it on Sunday. (Hi Kevin.) There are definitely No Trespassing signs all over, but I came in an odd way and so didn't see them until I was actually at the pond, at which point I spotted a white goose in a sea of Canadas and didn't have the heart to leave without taking five minutes to scope it out.
But I was very glad it was a weekend. I'm also not sure whether it's just business; the lot I parked in was empty and it seemed like T. Rowe Price territory to judge by the signs, but some of the windows I walked by looked like apartments. One had a shampoo bottle in the window, for instance, which would be odd in a T. Rowe Price office.
