Subject: [MDBirding] Swan Creek Wetland Codes

Hello all,

I've been meaning to ask this but keep forgetting...

I've seen many people use two letter codes to (what I assume) designate which area of the Swan Creek, AA County facility a bird was seen in. I can't be the only one who has no idea what these mean (except for MW which I assume means "mitigated wetland, but even then I don't now if that's the area on the right or left of the path to the beach). I mainly see these on eBird.org descriptions but I and likely other people would love to know what they all mean.

And then there are other terms which might only be known in very select circles such as one used today: "Schnabel Embankments". A Google search tells me that Schnabel is a company contracted to do some work inside the facility but I am not sure I could figure out which embankments they built.

Anyone have cheat sheets or a link to one? Thanks!
