I missed the pipits at Roaches Run and decided to try for them at Kenilworth. The flock of 50-100 birds was still there at 5:30 today. They were around the vernal pools (aka large puddles) close to the road. I found a single Savannah Sparrow in the short grass and then flushed a Snipe from a wet area in the taller grass just behind the soccer goalpost closest to the lower parking area. No larks, Meadow or otherwise...
